In June 2022, the first production line of Juhan Anhui Branch's valve project with an annual output of 300,000 sets of intelligent water systems achieved trial production. In the early stage, it mainly produced high-end midline butterfly valves.
At present, we are stepping up the calculation of various data indicators of new products such as silent check valve, double-disc check valve, and intelligent control valve, so as to prepare for the official production of the project.
Juhan Valve's annual output of 300,000 sets of intelligent water system valves has a total investment of 120 million yuan, covering an area of about 20 acres. It plans to build 6 production lines. The annual sales revenue is expected to reach 120 million yuan after it is put into operation. From October 8, 2021, the first sound of the mountain cannon sounded, and now it is fully ready to start construction. In one year, the preparatory work for the design, procurement, construction and other projects has been completed, and the project construction "acceleration" has been fully run out. Assist high-end manufacturing in China and provide reliable operation of application systems.
